Please ensure you include the original order or transaction reference, along with a description of the issue and pictorial evidence if possible. Your request will then be dealt with by our after sales team in a quick and positive manner .

Timescales

As a general rule, our products all come with a 12 month parts guarantee as standard. If products come with an extended guarantee this is stated on each product page. Where no guarantee statement exists, the 12 month period applies.

Wherever an item has failed to live up to expectations, we will first repair it to make it as new where possible. If this cannot be done we will replace the faulty item with new.
